Pamela has spent over 27 years in the healthcare sector and has extensive experience running care homes and working with the elderly. She is a strong advocate for the elderly and believes that they deserve the highest quality of care, promoting independence and choice. Working together with her committed team, Pamela strives to ensure that this is delivered at both Wells House and Wells Lodge in Folkestone. She has chosen to work in the nursing field due to her passion for wanting to make a difference to both residents and staff lives.
